Negahban Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms govern the Negahban web dashboard and Telegram group-management service at negahban.ahura.cloud.
1. Provider and contact
Ali Talebpoor Amirhandeh, trading as Ahura, Warnstedtstraße 57k, 22525 Hamburg, Germany · info@ahura.cloud
2. Service and deliverables
Negahban is software-as-a-service for Telegram group owners and administrators. Depending on the selected plan it provides a web dashboard, group connection, moderation and anti-spam rules, AI-assisted replies and summaries, scheduled content, reports and team controls. The Free, Pro and Business plan comparison states the included group limits and usage allowance.
3. Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and have authority to connect each Telegram group. You remain responsible for administrator permissions, group notices, lawful instructions and human review of automated actions.
4. Prices, subscriptions and payment
The billing page and final checkout show the exact plan, billing interval, included service, total recurring price, currency, tax and renewal terms before you confirm. Pro and Business subscriptions renew for the displayed monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Where Paddle is displayed, the Paddle entity named at checkout is merchant of record and its buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
5. Paddle scope; no token sale
If a Paddle checkout is offered, it is used only for a Negahban SaaS subscription. Any included AI usage allowance is a non-transferable service limit: it is not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, withdrawable credit or a tradeable asset. Ahura Token/AT top-up packs are not sold through Paddle.
6. Renewal and cancellation
You may cancel from the billing/customer portal or by contacting info@ahura.cloud. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period. We do not charge after an effective cancellation. Refund rights are stated in the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Negahban for unlawful surveillance, harassment, spam, impersonation, rights infringement, malware, evading platform controls, unauthorised access, or high-impact decisions without meaningful human review. Do not connect a group unless you are authorised to administer it.
8. Content, AI and Telegram
You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service. AI output and moderation can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed where consequences matter. Telegram is an independent service with its own terms and availability; Negahban is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but maintenance, security incidents, network failures and third-party changes can interrupt features. We may change the service or plans prospectively; material changes affecting a paid term will be communicated appropriately. We will not silently increase a recurring price during an already-paid term.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment or a material breach, normally with notice when circumstances allow. You may stop using the service at any time. Export or deletion options are provided where applicable.
11. Liability and law
Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise liability is limited as permitted by law to foreseeable loss caused by breach of an essential obligation. German law applies without removing mandatory protection of the consumer's country of residence.
12. Support
Service, billing or legal questions: info@ahura.cloud. The current Privacy Notice and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
