Negahban Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
A clear process for Pro and Business SaaS subscriptions purchased through the web checkout.
1. What is sold
Paddle checkout, when offered, sells only recurring access to a Negahban Pro or Business SaaS plan. Plan features, billing interval, recurring total, currency and tax are shown before purchase. No Paddle checkout sells AT, tokens, stored value or transferable credit.
2. Cancellation
Cancel from the customer/billing portal or email info@ahura.cloud. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains through the paid period unless a refund is issued. Keep the cancellation confirmation.
3. First subscription — 14 days
You may request a full refund of your first Negahban subscription charge within 14 days of purchase. This voluntary promise is in addition to mandatory consumer rights. Include the order number and account email.
4. Renewal charges
A renewal may be fully refunded when requested within 7 days of charge and there has been no substantial paid-plan use after renewal. We also refund duplicate/incorrect charges and a material failure to provide the purchased service that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.
5. Exclusions
After these periods, we normally do not refund used subscription time, deliberate policy abuse or service restrictions caused by a material terms violation, except where law requires otherwise. Free plans and non-monetary usage allowances have no cash value.
6. Statutory rights
Mandatory EU withdrawal, conformity and remedy rights remain unaffected. Any request for immediate service and any acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights is effective only when validly obtained.
7. Request and processing
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or email info@ahura.cloud with order number, account email and reason. Approved refunds return to the original method. Paddle/bank posting times vary; paid features are revoked when the refund completes.
8. Response target
We normally acknowledge a complete request within two business days. This is a response target, not a limit on statutory rights.
